摘要
高速动车组车下设备安装梁位于动车组车下设备舱内,为车下主要设备提供安装接口,是车下重要的承载部件。车下安装梁采用碳钢材料焊接而成,表面热浸锌防腐处理。并通过有限元分析计算,验证了车下设备安装梁的静强度及疲劳强度满足设计运用要求,达到了高速动车组高强度、安全性的需求。
The mounting beam of EMU is located in the underframe area,It provides the installation interface for the main equipment and is an important bearing component under the vehicle.The mounting beam is welded with carbon steel,and the surface is hot dipped galvanized with zinc anticorrosive treatment.Through finite element analysis,the static strength and fatigue strength of the mounting beam are verified to meet the requirements of design,and meet the requirements of high strength and safety of the high-speed EMU.
