摘要
驾驶室漏雨是军车研发制造中需要重点关注和解决的问题,漏雨涉及的原因较多,分析较为复杂,是整车质量控制的重点之一。以某军车为案例,从车门内外板的焊接工艺、装配车门内密封条钣金高度、角窗玻璃框的结构等方面开展漏水的原因分析和控制措施探讨,介绍了驾驶室漏水的问题来源和整改措施,为后续军车的定型及批量生产打下坚实的基础。
Diving-cab leakage is a problem that needs to be paid attention to and solved in the research and development and manufacturing of military vehicles.The causes of driving-cab leakage are many and the analysis is complex.It is one of the difficulties in the quality control of the whole vehicle.Taking a military vehicle as an example,the causes and control measures of leakage in the cab are analyzed and discussed from the aspects of welding technology of the internal and external plates of the door,the height of sealing strip inside the door,the structure of corner window frame,etc.,the source and rectification measures of the leakage in the cab are discussed,which lays a solid foundation for the subsequent finalizing and mass production of military vehicles.
