摘要
汽车吸能盒是汽车被动安全的关键结构之一,基于磁流变技术的吸能盒能实现对汽车碰撞缓冲过程的半主动控制。通过建立磁流变液在吸能盒中的流动特性方程,理论分析磁流变液吸能盒的吸能特性,实现缓冲过程缓冲力的理论建模。
Crash box is one of the key structures of passive safety of automobile.Based on magnetorheological technology,energy absorber box can realize semi-active control of vehicle collision buffer process.By establishing the flow characteristic equation of magnetorheological fluid in the energy absorber box,theoretically analyzing the energy absorption charac-teristics of the magnetorheological fluid absorber box,the theoretical modeling of buffer force in the buffer process is realized.
