Analysis of consistency and validity of laboratory test results based on statistical method

文章论述了新建整车国六排放试验室的构成及各部分的功能用途,并以试验室测试结果为依据,通过不同的统计学方法对试验室结果自身一致性进行统计验证分析,指出不同方法的差异,通过比对分析,评估新建试验室结果的一致性,为进行多个试验室之间比对打下基础:以同一台试验车在不同3家单位试验室的测试结果通过能力统计量Z比分数比对分析。指出不同试验室结果的差异,并通过ZB值的比对判定,得出新建试验室结果符合满意值判定,结合自身一致性验证分析,可知新建试验室测试结果是有效的。

This paper discusses the parts and their corresponding function of a newly-built laboratory used for test of Emissions from light-duty vehicle(China 6).Based on the test results of the laboratory,the paper makes a statistical analysis of the consistency of them through different statistical methods and points out the differences of these methods.What’s more,we evaluate the consistency of the test results of the newly-built laboratory through comparison and analysis to lay the foundation for the comparison between multiple laboratories:the test results of the same vehicle in 3 laboratories of different companies evaluated and analyzed by the capacity statistics Z Score.The differences of the results of different laboratories were pointed out.Based on the comparison of ZB,it is concluded that the test results of the newly-built laboratory meet the satisfaction value.Combined with the analysis of its test results consistency,we conclude that the test results of the newly-built laboratory are effective.
