文章阐述一种新型喷涂机器人雾化器防漆雾装置,可以用于汽车涂装喷涂机器人生产相关领域,其主要目的保证雾化器的清洁度,即机器人雾化器在生产过程中积漆过快,形成漆滴滴落车身上面,造成质量问题,同时减少在生产过程中因擦洗机器人造成的停线,提升设备使用效率提高生产产能。

In this paper a new type of robot spray atomizer device,paint mist can be used for car painting spraying robot manufacturing related field,its main purpose to ensure the purity of the atomizer,namely robot atomizer in the process of production product paint too rapidly,forming paint drops falling on the body,causing quality problems,as well as reduce in the process of production caused by scrub robot stop line,improve equipment efficiency increase production capacity.
