摘要
文章探讨了白车身多车型零件结合导航小车全自动上料的应用。通过研究机器人结合视觉引导系统直接从自动导航小车上抓取白车身零件的方案,寻找到了一种精益的、改善人机工程的,从而取代传统人工取料并上料方式。对此种全自动上料方式的应用以及节省劳动力成本等优点进行了归纳。总结了多车型全自动上料过程中与之结合的视觉及料架等关键因素。
Application of automatic loading of various models of body shop and the improvement of Ergonomics were discussed.Based on studying the proposal of robot grabbing the body parts directly from the automatic navigation cart with vision system,a lean and Ergonomics improvement method was found to replace the traditional manual material picking and loading.The application of this automatic loading method and the advantages of saving labor were summarized.The key factors such as vision and rack which are combined with the automatic loading process were summarized.
