随着生产技术的不断提高,汽车焊装车间的自动化和柔性化不断提高,随之而来的是防错技术应用的增加,但是对于生产自动化低下的柔性表调生产线,由于人员操作的重复性和不稳定性,防错技术尤为重要。文章主要从设计、制造与检测三个过程来探讨多车型柔性表调线的防错技术应用。

The body shop’s flexibility and automation are continuously improved along with the continuous improvement of production technology.But in this case,the error-proof technology is very important for flexible final line,due to the final line with low automation and the instability by manual operation.This paper mainly discusses the application of error-proof technology from three stages of design,manufacture and inspection in final line for multi-type vehicle.
