艺术类图书出版中的问题与对策

近年来,我国艺术类图书发展态势良好,但也存在评价标准体系缺失、专业品质有待提高、产品同质化现象突出、数字化程度不高等诸多问题,造成这些问题的原因是多方面的。从编辑这个角度来讲,主要是因为艺术类编辑人才和数字化人才缺乏、编辑的业务能力和创新意识有待提升等,因此,必须创新编辑人才制度,扩大艺术编辑队伍,优化编辑人才结构,丰富人才来源渠道,提升编辑人才业务能力,培养创新意识。

In recent years,the development of art books in China is good,but there are many problems,such as the absence of evaluation standard system,the need to improve professional quality,the prominent homogenization of products,the low degree of digitization,etc.The reasons for these problems are various.From the point of view of editor,it is mainly due to the lack of artistic and digital talents,and the need to upgrade editors’professional ability and innovative consciousness,and so on.It is necessary to innovate the editing talent system,expand the artistic editor team,optimize the structure of the editors,enrich the sources of talents,enhance the professional ability of the editors,and cultivate the innovative consciousness.
