摘要
1906年,由日本作家冈仓天心写的宣扬日本茶道文化及美学思想的《茶之书》在纽约出版,随即引起了强烈反响。一百多年来,这本书被各国翻译、出版、传播,获得了世界性的声誉。本文通过收集《茶之书》英文、日文、中文和韩文版本的出版情况,分析《茶之书》的写作背景、作者与中国文化的渊源和影响,总结了《茶之书》在西方世界和东方世界出版传播的过程,阐述了《茶之书》在英文、日文、中文和韩文文化中的出版与传播特点。《茶之书》在世界的传播,引起了人们对中国传统茶文化的传承与发扬的深思,在民族复兴的进程中,中国也需要类似的书籍来传播经典文化、促进经典阅读,增强人们对传统文化的理解和信心。
In 1906,The Book of Tea,a tea book written by the Japanese writer Okakura Kakuzō,was published in New York,and it caused a strong response in a moment.The purpose of this book is publicizing culture and aesthetics of Japanese tea ceremony.For over one hundred years,the book has been translated,published and disseminated by a variety of countries all over the world and has also gained a worldwide reputation.This article collects the situation of publication and dissemination of English,Japanese,Chinese and Korean versions of The Book of Tea,and analyzes writing background,connection between Okakura Kakuzōand Chinese traditional culture and influence of the book.On the basis of the above,we summarize the process of spread internationally and the selling in a long history of The Book of Tea.We also conclude the characteristics of the spread and publication of the Book of Tea in English,Japanese,Chinese and Korean culture.The spread of the Book of Tea around the world has caused people to think deeply on the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional tea culture.In the process of national rejuvenation,China also needs some book like the Book of Tea to spread classic culture,promote classic reading and enhance people’s confidence and understanding of tradition culture.
