两种声刺激模式下的正常鼓膜振动特征初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较纯音与扫频音两种声刺激模式下的正常鼓膜振动特征差异。方法选取14名健康青年人作为研究对象,分别采用纯音与扫频音作为刺激声进行鼓膜振动测试,纯音刺激频率为250、500、800、1000、1500、2000、3000、4000、5000、6000、8000Hz,扫描音刺激频率从250Hz按指数递增至8000Hz。结果排除耳间差异与性别因素的影响后,对两种声刺激模式下的鼓膜振动特征进行比较,发现各频率交叉点的结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论扫频音刺激得到的结果与纯音刺激得到结果相近,但扫频音刺激所得结果的频率信息更加丰富。 Objective To compare the differences in normal tympanic membrane vibration characteristics between pure tone and frequency sweep sound.Methods Fourteen healthy young people were selected as the subjects.The pure tone and frequency sweep sound were used as acoustic stimulation for tympanic membrane vibration test.The pure tone stimulation frequencies were 250,500,800,1000,1500,2000,3000,4000,5000,6000 and 8000 Hz.The frequency sweep sound increased from 250 Hz index to 8000 Hz.Results After eliminating the effects of bilateral differences and gender factors,we compared the tympanic membrane vibration characteristics of the two acoustic stimulation modes(P >0.05).Conclusions The results obtained by the frequency sweep sound were similar to those obtained by the pure tone,but the frequency information obtained by the frequency sweep sound was more abundant.
