磁性理念下科室“护理委员会”组织架构的创建

摘要 总结磁性理念下科室"护理委员会"组织架构的创建。以磁性理念为模型,在科室范围内创建了6个"护理委员会"组织架构,为护士创造平等沟通、自主决策、共同管理的护理实践环境。实施2年多来,6个"护理委员会"都取得了一定的成绩,护士离职率为零,患者满意度得到了提升,护理缺陷率控制在0.2‰以下。
