相似材料极限密度及抗压强度稳定性分析

Analysis on limit density and the stability of compressive strength of similar materials

摘要 为研究相似材料极限密度和抗压强度稳定性,选取沙子为骨料,水泥为胶结剂,大白粉为调节剂,水为溶剂,以冲击载荷和冲击次数作为影响变量,在特定配比下通过称重和理论计算的方法对填料密度和影响抗压强度稳定性的因素进行了探讨,对饱和点进行了定义。结果表明:随着冲击次数的增加,填料量变化率逐渐减小,随着冲击载荷在100~700 kg范围内的增加,填料量呈线性增加;随着冲击次数的增加,填料密度变化率逐渐减小,当冲击载荷越大,饱和点出现时对应的冲击次数越小,饱和点曲线符合指数函数变化,利用其拟合关系得出极限密度为2. 042 g/cm3;随着冲击次数的增加,抗压强度变化曲线在四、五、六和七等级时的变化率无明显减小,随着冲击载荷在100~700 kg的增加,抗压强度呈线性变化。为提高相似材料抗压强度的稳定性,当填料量越大时,越应控制冲击载荷和冲击次数来制作试件。 To study the limit density and the stability of compressive strength of similar material,sand was chosen as aggregate with cement as adhesive and white powder as regulator and water as solvent,taking the impact load and impact times as the influential variables.After discussing the density of filler and the factors affecting the stability of compressive strength by weighting and theoretical calculation under specific proportions,we gave a definition on the saturation point.The results show that with the increase of the impact times,the change rate of filler weight decreases gradually.With the increase of impact load in the range of 100~700 kg,the filler weight increases linearly.With the increase of the impact times,the change rate of the filler density decreases gradually.The greater the impact load,the smaller the corresponding impact times at the saturation point.And the point curve conforms to the change of exponential function,and the limit density of 2.042 g/cm^3 is obtained with its fitting relation.With the increase of the impact times,the change rate of the compressive strength change curve at the four,five,six and seven grades does not decrease obviously.With the increase of the impact load in the range of 100~700 kg,the compressive strength is linearly changed.In order to improve the stability of compressive strength of similar materials,when the filler weight is the larger,the impact load and impact times should be more controlled to make test pieces.
