对高职院校辅导员班主任工作模式的思考

Reflections on the Working Mode of Counselors and Class Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校辅导员工作面临着生源复杂、管理幅度大、任务重、压力大的现实问题。按照1∶200配备专职辅导员和兼职班主任的要求,明确了辅导员的职责,但对班主任的职责缺乏相应的规范。针对高职院校学生实际、学生教育管理实际,探索构建新型辅导员、班主任工作模式,有利于降低学生教育管理幅度,更加精细化、个性化地做好学生教育管理工作。

The work of counselors in higher vocational colleges is confronted with realistic problems: complicated student sources, wide range of management, heavy tasks and great pressure. According to the requirements of full-time counselors and part-time class teachers to students ratio 1 to 200 , the responsibilities of counselors are clarified, but the responsibilities of class teachers are not regulated accordingly. In view of the actual situation of students in higher vocational colleges and the reality of student education management, this paper explores the construction of a new type of counselors and class teachers working mode, which is conducive to reducing the extent of student education management and doing the work more meticulously and specifically.
