摘要
高职院校教育资源的配置与分布不均衡等直接影响人才培养的质量,因此实现高职院校课程资源共享对提高英语教育质量具有积极意义。高职院校英语课程资源共享受关门办学的传统思维、自身课程差异以及教师的消极因素的制约,要想实现英语课程资源共享,应强化课程资源的师资共享、加强优质教学资源建设、营造课程资源共享的氛围以及完善课程资源共享的机制。
The uneven distribution of educational resources in higher vocational colleges directly affects the quality of personnel training. Therefore achieving the sharing of curriculum resources in higher vocational colleges has positive significance for improving the quality of English education. Being restricted by the traditional way of running schools, its own curriculum differences, and the negative factors of teachers, the higher vocational colleges have to find the methods to realize the sharing of English curriculum resources. These methods include strengthening the sharing of teachers in curriculum resources and the construction of high quality teaching resources, creating an atmosphere for sharing curriculum resources and improving the mechanism of sharing curriculum resources.
