党的十九大报告指出,目前,我国经济发展已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。为适应这种变化,必须逐步消除不平衡、不充分发展状态从而实现平衡充分的发展。中央经济工作会议和中共湖北省委十一届三次会议都强调,要牢牢把握高质量发展这个根本要求。湖北省为实现高质量发展,必须坚持创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展和共享发展。
