基于CiteSpace Ⅴ的动脉粥样硬化与免疫反应关系研究的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of the Relationship between Atherosclerosis and Immune Response Based on Citespace

目的对相关文献及研究进行可视化分析,研究动脉粥样硬化与免疫反应关系的研究热点、进展及演化过程。方法以中国知网(CNKI)为来源数据库,检索同时与动脉粥样硬化和免疫反应相关的文献,运用CiteSpaceⅤ进行作者、机构和关键词的共现分析和可视化表达。结果通过可视化分析发现,动脉粥样硬化与免疫反应关系研究的主要研究人员有葛均波、曲鹏、袁志兵、姚康、李少兵、郭志刚等;主要机构有第二军医大学、南方医科大学,其次是大连医科大学附属第二医院心血管内科、河北医科大学第三医院、南华大学心血管病研究所;主要研究方向有动脉粥样硬化与免疫反应相关性研究、炎症、树突状细胞、冠心病、巨噬细胞、氧化型低密度脂蛋白、细胞因子、toll样受体、免疫、内皮细胞、toll样受体4、炎症反应、急性冠脉综合征、调节性T细胞、心血管疾病等。近年来,受到关注较多的研究热点是细胞因子和超敏C反应蛋白和调节性T细胞。结论通过可视化分析相关文献,可以预测关于动脉粥样硬化与免疫反应关系的研究中调节性T细胞、toll样受体4及热休克蛋白60的研究会继续成为热点,且RNA干扰可能成为该领域未来的发展趋势及研究热点。

Objective To visualize the relevant literature and research,and to study the research hotspots,progress and evolution of the relationship between atherosclerosis and immune response.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)was used as a source database to search for the literature related to atherosclerosis and immune response.CiteSpaceV was used for co occurrence analysis and visualization of authors,institutions and keywords.Results The visual analysis showed the main researchers who studied the relationship between atherosclerosis and immune response were GE Junbo,QU Peng,YUAN Zhibing,YAO Kang,LI Shaobing,GUO Zhigang,etc.The main institutions are Second Military Medical University,Southern Medical University,followed by Department of Cardiology,Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University,The Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University,Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases,Nanhua University.The main research directions were atherosclerosis and immune response,inflammation,dendritic cells,coronary heart disease,macrophages,oxidized low density lipoprotein,cytokines,toll like receptors,immune,endothelial cells,toll like receptor 4,inflammatory response,acute coronary syndrome,regulatory T cells,cardiovascular disease,etc.In recent years,more attention had been focused on cytokines and high sensitivity C reactive protein and regulatory T cells.Conclusion By visualization of related literature,it can be predicted that the study of regulatory T cells,toll like receptors 4 and heat shock proteins 60 will continue to be a hot spot in the study of the relationship between atherosclerosis and immune response,and RNA interference may become the future development trend of the field and research hot spots.
