摘要
选取2004—2016年间湖北省房价上升期间的数据,结合湖北省特定的地域和经济发展特点,建立合适的统计模型,通过实证分析,研究房价对居民消费支出的影响。研究结果显示,房价上升对人均消费支出的抑制作用最为明显,收入仍是影响消费支出的最主要因素,而居民消费价格指数CPI的上升对人均消费支出和非耐用品消费具有抑制作用,对居住消费有促进作用。
The paper selects the data during the period of rising housing prices in Hubei Province from 2004 to 2016, and combines the specific geographical and economic development characteristics of Hubei Province to establish a suitable statistical model. Through empirical analysis, it studies the impact of housing prices on household consumption expenditure. The results show that the increase in house prices has the most obvious inhibitory effect on per capita consumption expenditure. Income is still the most important factor affecting consumer spending, while the rise in consumer price index CPI has a restraining effect on per capita consumption expenditure and non-durable goods consumption, and a positive effect on residential consumption.
