法律保障视野下的反贫困现状探究——以青海省农牧区为例

On the Current Situation of Anti-poverty from the Perspective of Legal Guarantee——With a Case of Qinghai Agricultural and Pastoral Areas

青海省是我国最贫困省份之一,同时又是多民族聚居省份。特殊的地理位置、恶劣的自然环境和落后的基础设施使得该地域贫困面广、贫困程度深。因此,该地域的贫困和反贫困问题一直是专家学者们研究的热点问题。从法律视角寻找解决贫困问题突破口,进而为反贫困战略提供系统的理论支持。

Qinghai Province is one of the poorest provinces in China,and it is also a province where a lot of nationalities live together.Due to the special geographical location,the bad natural environment,and the backward infrastructure,its poverty is widespread and deep in this region.Therefore,the problem of poverty as well as anti-poverty in this area has been a hot topic for experts and scholars.This paper makes an attempt to find a breakthrough in solving the poverty problem from the perspective of law,and then provides systematic theoretical supports for the anti-poverty strategy.
