摘要
针对省级测绘应急保障服务的应用需求,以"绿色通道"理念为主线,从测绘应急保障服务多种服务模式角度构建了省级测绘应急保障服务总体框架。从基础设施、技术体系、相关制度保障等方面进行阐述,构建了"1-2-8-24"测绘应急保障高效服务模式。
Taking the application requirements of provincial surveying and mapping emergency support service,taking the concept of“Green Channel”as the main line,we constructed the overall framework of provincial surveying and mapping emergency support service,which integrating a variety of service modes of surveying and mapping emergency support services.And then,we described the infrastructure,technical systems,and related system,and built the“1-2-8-24”surveying and mapping emergency service mode.
