基于快速原型的底盘测功机阻力电模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前底盘测功机电模拟研究存在模拟模型不精确的问题,通过研究底盘测功机电模拟原理,对汽车在道路工况和测试工况下进行了动力学分析,建立了底盘测功机加载装置阻力电模拟的数学模型。在基于快速原型的底盘测功机加载平台上,运用底盘测功机进行了恒速测功试验。结果表明:实时速度与设定速度误差在0.5 km/h以内,驱动轮输出功率16.8 kW,模拟精度较高。可为电力底盘测功机软件开发提供技术支持和硬件平台。 Aiming at the inaccuracy of simulation model in chassis dynamometer electromechanical simulation research,the dynamic analysis of vehicle under road condition and test condition is carried out by studying the principle of chassis dynamometer electromechanical simulation,and the mathematical model of chassis dynamometer loading device resistance electromechanical simulation is established.On the loading platform of chassis dynamometer based on rapid prototyping,constant speed dynamometer test is carried out by using chassis dynamometer.Based on the fast prototype of the chassis dynamometer loading platform,the constant speed test was carried out using chassis dynamometer.The error between the real-time speed and the setting speed is within 0.5 km/h,and the driving wheel output power is 16.8 kW,and the simulation accuracy is higher.It can provide technical support and hardware platform for power chassis dynamometer software development.
