矿用自卸车平顺性仿真研究

摘要 在车辆行驶平顺性的研究中,为弥补传统数学建模方法不能完全反映实际整车行驶动态特性的缺点,以多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS为平台,建立矿用自卸车三自由度的1/4悬架模型。将在MATLAB中生成的随机路面曲线导入到ADAMS,作为轮胎的激振源。分析空载和满载时驾驶室振动加速度时间历程曲线和功率谱密度曲线。多体动力学仿真可实现模型非线性化,较全面反映车辆动态特性。与普通轿车相比,采用全悬浮的矿用车驾驶室经过三级减振,其振动加速度明显比普通轿车车身振动幅度小。因此矿用自卸车驾驶室采用全悬浮悬置,可以明显衰减车架带来的振动,大大提高乘坐舒适性。 In the research of vehicle ride comfort,in order to make up for the shortcomings that traditional mathematical modeling methods can not fully reflect the actual vehicle driving dynamic characteristics,a three degree of freedom 1/4 suspension model of mine dump truck is built based on multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS.The random road curve generated in MATLAB is introduced into ADAMS as the exciting source of the tire.The time history curve and power spectral density curve of the vibration acceleration of the cab are analyzed in the case of empty and full load.The multi-body dynamic simulation can realize the nonlinear model and reflect the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle.Compared with the ordinary car,the vibration acceleration of the full suspension mining vehicle's cab is less than that of the ordinary car body after three stages of vibration damping.Therefore,the full suspension is adopted in the cab of the dump truck,which can obviously attenuate the vibration caused by the frame and greatly improve ride comfort.
