摘要
上下对开背门及上厢体的结构应具备足够的刚强度及模态,保证对货物冲击的阻挡,避免行驶过程中的震动噪音和耐久变形。原设计结构性能不足,结合性能和功能要求,设计过程中对货箱结构进行CAE分析优化,满足技术要求的设计目标。样车试制后,通过整车路试和货厢背门总成的SLAM耐久试验验证了结构优化的有效。
The upper cover is developed for the city pickup with a back door,and the symmetry back doors are designed for loading goods passageway and protecting goods being sheltered from rain.The closed cargo box must have enough stiffness,strength and mode,to block off impact to goods,and to avoid bad NVH and structure failure after road test.In design phase,the added box cover and the upper door meet tech requirements of design target by means of CAE optimistic strategies.After prototype,the optimal design was validated to be credible by back doors SLAM test and vehicle road test.
