On the Basis for Handling Seafarers' Cheating Practice in Competency Examination and the Suggestions for Management

文中对我国船员适任考试的设立,常见船员适任考试作弊行为进行了回顾和归纳,重点对我国船员适任考试作弊行为的处理依据的适用性进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了相应的管理建议。

This paper reviews and summarizes the establishment of seafarers’competency examination in China as well as the common cheating practice in the exam. It analyzes the applicability of the legal basis for dealing with such cheating, based on which it puts forward corresponding management suggestions.
