少数民族地区“互联网+”特色产业扶贫发展研究

Internet Plus Characteristic Industry to Support Poverty Alleviation in Minority Areas

在"互联网+"现代农业行动大力推进、脱贫攻坚进入攻克深度贫困堡垒的关键时期,加大少数民族地区"互联网+"特色产业扶贫力度,对于保障少数民族地区社会稳定和全面实现小康社会有着重要的意义。以新疆为例,对少数民族地区"互联网+"特色产业扶贫现状、发展特点、主要做法、存在的问题进行了分析,并指出目前少数民族地区"互联网+"农业特色产业扶贫亟需农村电商人才、亟待健全物流配送体系、亟需创建特色农产品品牌、亟待加强电商基础设施建设。同时针对农业特色产业扶贫存在的困难和问题,立足发挥"互联网+"的引领驱动作用,提出了深入推进少数民族地区"互联网+"特色产业扶贫的建议。

In the crucial period when the Internet Plus modern agricultural action has been vigorously promoted and poverty alleviation has reached a critical stage in conquering the fortress of deep poverty,the Internet Plus special industries in minority areas will be given greater relief.It is of great significance to ensure the social stability of minority areas and to realize a well-off society in an all-round way.Taking Xinjiang as an example,this paper analyzed the status quo,development characteristics,main practices and existing problems of the Internet Plus characteristic industries in minority areas,and pointed out that the Internet Plus agricultural characteristic industry to support poverty alleviation in minority areas had four aspects of urgent need such as rural e-commerce talents,perfecting logistics distribution system,establishing brand of characteristic agricultural products and strengthening the construction of e-commerce infrastructure.At the same time,in view of the difficulties and problems existing in the poverty alleviation of agricultural characteristic industries,based on the leading role of Internet Plus,the authors put forward proposals for further promoting the Internet Plus special industries in minority areas to support poverty alleviation.
