病证结合活用化瘀法论治心病 被引量:4

Combination of disease and syndrome in treating cardiopathy with the use of phlegm therapy

摘要 文章基于病证结合,强调气血脉三者统一,来探讨冠心病、病毒性心肌炎和心力衰竭等不同心系疾病的血瘀证病机及其治法特点。认为瘀虽为心病病机关键,但因疾病之不同,其病机特点各异,或为痰瘀窠囊,或为瘀热毒结,或为瘀水互结。故在临证时,虽均为活血化瘀,但兼顾侧重不同,或祛瘀豁痰,或清心化瘀,或活血利水,并据各病机所异合以散结消窠、补气升阳、益气养阴、温补心肾等法治之,临床实践中多取良效,值得总结学习。 Based on the combination of disease and syndrome,this article emphasizes the unity of qi,blood,and vessels to explore the pathogenesis of blood stasis syndrome and its treatment characteristics in different heart diseases such as coronary heart disease,viral myocarditis and heart failure.The author of the author’s supervisor believes that although phlegm is the key to the pathogenesis of heart disease,due to the different diseases,the pathogenesis of the disease is different,either as a result of a hernia sac,or as a result of toxic heat,or as a result of drowning.Therefore,at the time of the clinical trial,although they are all promoting blood circulation,but taking into account different emphasis,or clear up phlegm and dispel stasis,or pure heart and phlegm,or promoting blood circulation and water,and according to the different pathogenesis to disperse,softening hardness and dissipating mass,tonifying qi and promoting yang,replenishing qi and nourishing yin,warming up the heart and kidneys,in clinical practice to take good effect,it is worth summing up learning.
