辽宁中部环线高速公路铁本段高模量沥青混凝土性能评价

Performance Evaluation of High Modulus Asphalt Concrete at Tieling-Benxi Section of Ring Expressway in the Central Part of Liaoning

摘要 结合辽宁中部环线高速公路铁岭至本溪段实体工程,对添加KPL抗车辙剂的高模量沥青混凝土性能进行评价,对比分析了高模量沥青混合料、普通沥青混合料和SBS改性沥青混合料性能变化规律,分析了抗车辙剂对沥青混合料性能的影响。结果表明,KPL抗车辙剂可显著提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性,改善水稳定性能效果明显,但对低温抗裂性能改善效果不明显,达不到SBS改性沥青混合料的性能指标。 In combination with the substantial project of Tieling-Benxi section of ring expressway in the central part of Liaoning,the evaluation on the performance of high modulus asphalt concrete is made by adding KPL anti-rut agent,the contrastive analysis on the change rules of performance of high modulus asphalt mixture,common asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture is made,and the influence of anti-rut agent on the performance of asphalt mixture is analyzed.The results show that: KPL anti-rut agent can remarkably improve the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture.It can improve the water stability performance obviously,but the improvement effect of low temperature anti-crack performance is not obvious.It cannot meet the performance index of SBS modified asphalt mixture.
