自旋锚管技术在软岩隧道大变形控制中的应用

摘要 结合岛宝沟隧道建设工程实例,以自稳隐形拱锚杆支护设计理论为基础,通过数值模拟计算,分析了自旋锚管技术支护效果,提出了适合支护设计方案,经监测数据验证,隧道拱顶变形量最大值为48mm,周边收敛变形量最大值为307mm,基底隆起最大值为152mm,均在预定可控范围内。结果表明,该支护技术可行,可为类似大变形隧道施工提供技术指导和理论依据。 Based on the design theory of self-stabilized invisible arch bolt support and calculation of numerical simulation,the supporting effect of self-screwed anchor pipe technology is analyzed by combining with the engineering project of Daobaogou tunnel construction,and the suitable supporting design scheme is put forward.Through the verification of monitoring data,the maximum deformation of tunnel vault is 48 mm,the maximum convergence deformation of surrounding area is 307 mm,and the maximum uplift of base is 152 mm,which are all within the controllable range.The results show that,the support technology is feasible,which can provide technical guidance and theoretical basis for similar tunnel construction with large deformation.
