摘要
国有企业中的激励机制不仅包括正激励机制,也包括常被忽略的负激励机制。根据边际递减效应,国有企业正激励机制的有效性会逐渐减少甚至消失,必须依靠负激励的约束和规范。Richard Thaler(1980)的"禀赋效应"指出,人们对"避害"的考虑远大于对"趋利"的考虑,这就从行为经济学的角度更好地诠释出负激励机制对员工激励的正效应。
The incentive mechanism in state-owned enterprises includes not only positive incentive mechanism,but also negative incentive mechanism which is often neglected.According to the marginal diminishing effect,the effectiveness of the positive incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises will gradually reduce or even disappear,and it must rely on the constraint and regulation of negative incentive.The“endowment effect”proposed by Richard Thaler(1980)suggests that people think more about“avoiding harm”than about“pursuing benefit”,which better explains the positive effect of negative incentive mechanism on employee motivation from the perspective of behavioral economics.
