慈善组织慈善资金配置状况研究综述

Research Summary of Charity Fund Allocation of Charity Organizations

民政部统计数据显示,截至2016年底,各类社会组织每一年接收的捐款总额已经远远地超过了各级民政部门。而慈善组织拥有的如此庞大的慈善捐款数额,被用到了哪些方面,或者说是如何对这些资金进行配置的,是值得思考的。对国内学者关于慈善基金分配的方式、流向以及公平和效用进行探讨的文献加以归纳梳理,并且也梳理国外关于慈善资金分配的文献,以期能够为我国慈善资金合理分配提供一些建议。

Statistics from the Ministry of Civil Affairs show that as of the end of 2016,the total amount of donations received by various social organizations each year has far exceeded the level of charitable donations owned by charitable organizations at all levels,and It is worth thinking about how to allocate these funds.This paper summarizes the domestic scholars’articles on the way,flow direction and fairness and utility of charitable fund allocation,and also sorts out the foreign literature on charitable fund allocation,in order to provide some suggestions for the rational distribution of charitable funds in China.
