物联网技术在医院手术室管理中的应用

Application of internet of things technology in hospital operating room management

目的探讨物联网技术在医院手术室管理中的应用效果。方法 2016年6～12月我院手术室管理中未开展物联网技术管理,2017年1～6月我院手术室管理中开展物联网技术。对比分析实施物联网技术前、后手术室管理的临床效果。结果物联网技术实施后,手术室纠纷发生率为3.56%,明显低于实施前的12.00%;手术室医生对护士在手术药品准备等方面的满意度高于实施前(P<0.05);手术室护士在岗位责任等方面的满意度高于实施前(P<0.05);手术室患者对医护服务态度等方面的满意度高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论手术室管理中物联网技术的应用能够为医生、护士、管理人员、患者提供便捷的应用功能,显著提高手术室管理效能和质量,减少纠纷,提升医务工作者和患者的认可度。

Objective To explore the application effect of Internet of Things technology in hospital operating room management.Methods From June 2016 to December 2016,the Internet of Things technology management was not carried out in the operation room management of our hospital;while from January 2017 to June 2017,the Internet of Things technology was carried out in the operation room management of our hospital.The clinical effects of operating room management before and after the implementation of Internet of Things technology were compared.Results After the implementation of the Internet of Things technology,the incidence of disputes in the operating room was 3.56%,which was significantly lower than the 12.00%before the implementation;The operating room doctors were more satisfied with the nurses in surgical preparations than before the implementation(P<0.05);The satisfaction of nurses in work responsibilities was higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the patients in health service attitudes was higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Internet of Things technology in operating room management can provide convenient application functions for doctors,nurses,administrators and patients,significantly improve the management efficiency and quality of operating rooms,reduce disputes,and enhance the recognition of medical workers and patients.
