精细化管理视域下高校基层民主参与研究——以上海市部分高校为例

A Research on Democratic Participation at the Grassroots Level of Universities from the Perspective of Meticulous Management——Based on Universities in Shanghai

新形势下我国高校民主管理面临新的任务和挑战,高校工会在职能定位,尤其是在推动民主管理方面,也亟待重新审视和调整。在精细化管理视域下,高校基层民主参与面临着诸多问题,高校工会和教代会功能应重新定位。新时代高校"双一流"建设对高校职工民主参与提供了机遇和平台,而协商共治则是精细化管理视域下高校推进基层民主参与的重要途径。

Under the new light,the democratic management of universities in China is facing new tasks and challenges.The trade unions in universities are also in need of re-examination and adjustment in terms of their functional orientation,especially in promoting democratic management.Under the perspective of meticulous management,the grassroots democratic participation in universities faces many problems,and the functions of trade unions and teachers'congresses should be repositioned.The construction of"double first-class"of universities in the new era provides opportunities and platforms for the democratic participation of university employees,and consultation and co-governance is an important way for universities to promote democratic participation at the grassroots level under the perspective of meticulous management.
