当前浙江省民营企业劳动关系状况分析及对策建议

摘要 浙江省产业结构转型升级已进入攻坚阶段,对民营企业劳动关系带来了很大影响。调研发现,虽然我省民营企业劳动关系总体状况良好,但也暴露出劳动合同履行不规范,职工劳动时间长、劳动强度大、收入偏低,劳动争议频发等问题。要改善民营企业劳动关系状况,应全面开展职工素质提升工程,推进产业工人队伍建设;在优化企业发展环境的过程中,兼顾维护劳动者权益;健全法律法规和配套制度,加强执法监督;建立健全行之有效的劳动关系协调机制;创新民营企业工会组建和工作模式,充分发挥工会的作用。 The transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of Zhejiang province has entered a critical stage,which has brought great influence on the labor relations of private enterprises.The survey and research found that although the overall state of labor relations of private enterprises in our province is good,it also exposed problems such as the non-standard performance of labor contracts,long labor time,high labor intensity,low income,and frequent labor disputes.To improve the situation of labor relations in private enterprises,we should carry out the project of improving the quality of workers and promote the construction of industrial workers.In the process of optimizing the development environment of enterprises,we must take into account the rights and interests of workers;improve laws,regulations and supporting systems and strengthen supervision over law enforcement.Establishing and improving effective labor relations coordination mechanism;create new ways of forming and working trade unions in private enterprises and give full play to their role.
