深圳视角下的粤港澳大湾区交通战略规划思考

Transportation Strategic Planning of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from Perspective of Shenzhen

粤港澳大湾区进入创新发展新阶段,面向国际、国内、区域等多个扇面,呈现全新的功能组织与交通联系需求。作为大湾区四大中心城市之一,深圳亟需对标国际先进湾区发展经验,主动探索推动大湾区融合发展的深圳交通战略选择与规划实施路径。以落实国家战略要求、共建共享区域战略枢纽为原则,提出"重构时空格局"整体思路,并围绕枢纽升级、腹地拓展、湾区集聚、智慧体验四大核心战略思考,形成助推城市与区域深度融合的具体交通发展策略与行动建议。

As the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area development entering the innovative stage and facing international,domestic and regional scales,a new functional organization as well as traffic network need to be established.As one of the four core cities in the Bay Area,Shenzhen should actively explore the transportation strategy and planning path to promote regional integration by learning the experience of international advanced bay areas.This paper puts forward the idea of“reconstructing the spatial-temporal pattern”based on the principle of national and regional traffic development strategies.Four core strategies including hub upgrade,hinterland expansion,bay area agglomeration and smart experience are proposed followed by specific traffic development strategies and moves that could promote deep integration of cities and regions.
