摘要
从2017年开始上海已经连续三年将停车资源共享利用列入市政府实事项目。该文重点就学校停车资源如何共享给居住区使用进行探讨,通过对部分潜在的学校停车资源的排摸、利益相关者分析,就下阶段如何推进学校停车共享工作提出思路和对策。
In recent years,the number of motor vehicles in Shanghai has increased rapidly,with the growth rate of parking facilities lagging behind.The parking contradictions in residential areas,hospitals and other typical areas of downtown have become increasingly serious.Since 2017,Shanghai has included shared parking in the municipal government practical items for three consecutive years.By summarizing the previous experience,this paper focuses on how school parking resources can be shared to residential areas.Through the analysis of some potential school parking resources and stakeholders,this paper puts forward some ideas and countermeasures on how to promote school shared parking in the next stage.
