该文对南桥新城老城区住宅小区停车问题进行研究,根据各住宅小区的发展特征进行分类,量化研究各类别住宅小区的停车特征和停车问题,结合各小区的停车问题,提出相应的优化措施。

Parking contradiction is severe in modern cities,especially in residential areas.This article analyses the residential area parking problem in the old town of Nanqiao New City,then quantitatively analyses the parking characteristics and problems of different types of residential areas,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
