皮肤恶性肿瘤及癌前病变266例回顾性分析

Skin malignant tumors and precancerous lesions in 266 cases: a retrospective analysis

目的探讨皮肤恶性肿瘤及癌前病变的发病情况及特点。方法对我科2012年1月至2017年12月经病理检查确诊的皮肤恶性肿瘤及癌前病变进行分析。结果共266例皮肤恶性肿瘤及癌前病变患者,69%的病例为≥60岁以上的老年患者,基底细胞癌最多占42.5%(113/266)。167例(62.8%)发病部位为头面颈部。结论皮肤恶性肿瘤及癌前病变≥60岁老年人多发,头面颈部为好发部位,最常见的是基底细胞癌。

Objective To investigate the occurrence and characteristics of skin malignant tumors and precancerous lesions diagnosed in our department during the past six years. Methods Patients with skin malignant tumors or precancerous lesions confirmed by pathology in our department between January 2012 and December 2017 were analyzed. Results A total of 266 patients with skin malignant tumors or precancerous lesions were included in the study. Among them, 69% were elderly people aged 60 years or above. Basal cell carcinoma(BCC) was the predomi-nant tumor accounting for 42.5%(113/266) of the total patients. In 167 cases(62.8%), the affected location was the head and neck. Conclusion Patients woh are 60 or over go years old are prone to have skin malignant tumor and precancerous lesions. Face scalp and neck are the predilectionsites. BCC is the most common skin malignant tumor.
