校园欺凌现象成因分析及治理策略 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,我国校园欺凌现象频发,严重损害未成年人的身心健康,危及安全和谐的校园环境,冲击社会道德底线。不良社会风气、家庭教育的缺失、学校管理的缺位及青少年个体的不成熟都是校园欺凌现象产生的重要原因。为有效防治校园欺凌,家长要改善教养方式、营造良好的家庭氛围;学校需加强思想教育、提升综合防治能力;部门协调联动和社会参与、构建多方治理体系等,多管齐下,保障校园安全,实现学生身心健康发展.
