珠三角地区新型研发机构发展的现状、问题及对策建议

The Status Quo, Problems and Countermeasures of the Development of New R&D Institutions in the Pearl River Delta

珠三角是广东创新最为活跃的地区,为新型研发机构成长及发展营造了良好的外部环境。文章采用定性和定量相结合的方法,从发展概况、法人性质、建设模式等方面,对珠三角地区新型研发机构进行现状分析,找出制约机构发展的问题,提出优化新型研发机构发展的对策与建议。

The Pearl River Delta is the most innovativeregion in Guangdong,which has created a good external environment for the growth and development of new R&D institutions.The combination of qualitative and quantitative method is used in this paper to analyze the status quo of new R&D institutions in then Pearl River Delta from the aspects of development overview,legal person nature and construction mode,and to find out the problems that restrict the development of these institutions.Finally,the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the development of new R&D institutions.
