摘要
动车组牵引电机传动端温度传感器在动车组高级修时出现胶管压接部位脱离的情况,本文通过试验分析数据的对比,详细地阐述了胶管脱离原因,并对返修技术中胶管压接的技术优化进行了验证及寿命研究,为传感器的胶管压接设计提供了技术支持。
When the temperature sensor of traction motor drive end of EMU is repaired in advanced stage,the rubber tube pressure joint part breaks away.Through the comparison of test data,this paper expounds the reason of rubber tube separation in detail,verifies the technical optimization of rubber tube pressure joint in repairing technology and studies its service life,which is the glue of sensor.The design of pipe connection provides technical support.
