摘要
本文针对机器视觉的分拣机器人系统开展工作,进行了理论研究与实践验证。分拣系统涉及两个核心问题,其一是基于机器视觉的图像识别和目标跟踪问题,其二是基于广数工业机器人的抓取分拣控制策略问题。待识别的目标是彩色小球,对智能分拣作业进行了总体方案的设计,说明了系统工作原理,通过实践验证了系统的可行性。
In this paper,the work of robot sorting system of machine vision is carried out,and theoretical research and practical verification are carried out.The sorting system involves two core problems,one is the problem of image recognition and target tracking based on machine vision,and the other is the problem of acquisition and sorting control strategy based on broad industrial robot.The target to be identified is the color ball.The overall scheme of intelligent sorting operation is designed,the working principle of the system is explained,and the feasibility of the system is verified through practice.
