摘要
为了研究迷迭香的染色体数目和核型,经0.002M的8-羟基喹啉溶液预处理迷迭香的根尖5-5.5 h,采用酶解去壁低渗法观察迷迭香染色体数目,并进行核型的分析.结果得出迷迭香核型公式为:K(2n)=22m+2M,NF=48,核型为1A型.核型不对称系数为:53.33%,对称程度较高.
To study the chromosome number and karyotype of Rosmarinus officinalis L.,the root tip of Rosmarinus officinalis L.was pretreated with 0.002M 8-hydroxyquinoline solution for 5-5.5 h.The chromosome number and karyotype of Rosmarinus officinalis L.were observed by enzymatic de-walling and hypotonic methods.The results have shown that the karyotype formula of Rosmarinus officinalis L.is:K(2n)=22m+2M,NF= 48,and the karyotype type is 1A.The karyotype asymmetry coefficient is 53.33%,and the degree of symmetry is higher.
