Research on the Application of Coaching Skills to College Students' Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy

教练技术对于激发人的潜能具有很大的作用,已被广泛应用到现代企业管理当中.文章在对大学生创业效能感现状调查研究的基础上,以教练技术理论为指导,将"责任感""六顶思考帽""庆祝失败""全景视角"等教练技术应用于提升大学生创业自我效能感中.

Coaching skills play a great role in inspiring people’s potential and have been widely used in today’s business management.Based on the investigation of the current situation of college students’entrepreneurial self-efficacy,this paper takes the theory of coaching skills as the guidance and applies such coaching skills as the“sense of responsibility”,“six thinking hats”,“celebration of failure”and“panoramic view”to improving college students’entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
