潮州市城乡小学教育资源配置差异研究

A Study on the Difference in the Allocation of Primary Education Resources between Urban and Rural Areas in Chaozhou

义务教育资源配置情况是影响城市义务教育发展的基础和保障.潮州市义务教育小学阶段教育资源配置,在师资、办学条件、学校分布密度等方面,在县域间与城乡间呈现出较大的差异.这些差异主要是由于自然地理环境的空间差异、城市化发展与农村生源流失以及地区社会经济发展水平的差异等原因所带来的.需要加大投入、加强政府的统筹督导、优化师资配置、调整学校布局等方面统筹协调义务教育资源的均衡配置.

The allocation of compulsory education resources is the foundation and guarantee for the development of urban compulsory education.There is a huge gap between counties and regions and between urban and rural areas in terms of teachers,schooling conditions,the density of schools’distribution and other aspects in education resource allocation of compulsory primary education in Chaozhou.These differences are mainly caused by spatial difference in natural geographical environment,urbanization development,the loss of students in rural areas and the different levels of social and economic development in different regions.Efforts should be made to give more inputs,strengthen the government’s overall planning and superwision,optimize the allocation of teachers,and adjust the layout of schools so as to coordinate the balanced allocation of compulsory educational resources.
