摘要
医院文化是医院相对稳定的价值观和医院精神,也是医院持续发展的核心竞争力。以医师职业精神作为切入点,构建职业技能、职业自律、职业态度、职业行为等四个维度的影响因素评价量表,得出利他主义、责任心、持续学习等影响职业精神的因素并以此做实证分析,从医师职业自律、医师职业生涯发展、打造学习型医院等三个方面提出发展医院文化的对策,以期全面提升医务人员的整体素质,推动医院文化建设。
Hospital culture is the relatively stable values and the spirit of the hospital,and also the core competitiveness of hospital sustainable development.Taking the professional spirit of doctors as the starting point to construct the evaluation scale of influencing factors in the four dimensions of vocational skill,professional selfdiscipline,professional attitude and professional behavior,the author concludes that altruism,responsibility,etc.Based on the empirical analysis,the author puts forward the countermeasures of developing hospital culture from the following three aspects:doctors professional self-discipline,doctors career development,and the building of learning-type hospitals.In order to improve the overall quality of medical personnel,promote the construction of hospital culture.
