高职院校大学生心理危机的预防与干预研究

Prevention and Intervention of College Students' Psychological Crises

随着社会经济的快速发展、社会改革的不断深入、社会矛盾的不断凸显,高校心理危机事件时有发生,严重影响大学生的心理健康,也影响校园的安全稳定与和谐,引起了高校和社会的高度关注。从心理危机的概念入手,通过对高职院校学生心理危机影响因素的具体分析,提出了建立以高职院校为主体,社会、家庭和学生个人共同参与,教育预防与干预并举的高职院校学生心理危机预防与干预体系的应对策略,为高职院校学生心理危机预防与干预工作提供参考。

With the rapid development of social economy,the deepening of social reform and social contradictions,psychological crises in colleges and universities occur from time to time,which seriously affect the psychological health of college students,and also affect the safety,stability and harmony of the campus,which has aroused the high attention of universities and society.Starting from the concept of psychological crisis,through the concrete analysis of the influencing factors of the psychological crisis of the students in higher vocational colleges,the paper puts forward the establishment of the higher vocational colleges as the main body,the society,the family and the students participating together.The coping strategies of the prevention and intervention system of the psychological crisis of the students in higher vocational colleges are put forward,which provides a reference for the prevention and intervention of the psychological crisis of the students.
