大数据背景下高校人事档案管理研究

Research on Personnel Archives Management in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Big Data

人事档案管理工作是一种典型的数据整理利用工作,随着大数据时代的到来,传统的工作理念逐渐在被颠覆。主要针对大数据背景下高校人事档案管理面临的问题进行了初步的探讨,在此基础上提出四点应对策略即树立大数据人事档案管理理念;提高工作人员素质,构建"大档案"管理团队;信息适度公开,维护档案真实性;建立"大档案管理平台",强化人事档案信息开发和利用。

Personnel Archives Management is a typical data collation and utilization work.With the arrival of big datas time,the traditional concept of work is gradually being subverted.The paper mainly discusses the challenges faced by personnel archives management in colleges and universities under the background of big data,and then puts forward four countermeasures,that is,setting up the concept of big data personnel archives management to improve the quality of the staff,to build the“large archives”management team,to open the information moderately,to maintain the authenticity of the archives,to establish the“large archives management platform”and to strengthen the development of personnel archives information.
