“草木染”的应用历史与当代产业化开发探索

Application history of "Vegetation Dyeing" and exploration of contemporary industrialization development

"草木染"作为一种传统的古老染色工艺,是中华民族瑰宝。早在远古时代,"草木染"工艺就已萌芽,到奴隶社会时期,其工艺得到了大发展;在漫长的封建社会,"草木染"呈现了绚烂的艺术色彩,然而,到清末民国时期,西方染色工艺"入侵","草木染"工艺衰微。近二十年来,随着人们对民族传统工艺的重视及对生态发展的认知,"草木染"工艺得到了广泛关注。不过,当代"草木染"开发受原材料供应不足、产品适应性较差、产品品牌知名度较低等因素制约,产业化水平有限。未来,应加强"草木染"开发各个环节的政策与资金支持,从原材料供给、产品适应性、品牌建设等多方面促进产业化发展。

"Vegetation Dyeing",as a traditional ancient dyeing process,is a treasure of the Chinese nation.As early as in ancient times,"Vegetation Dyeing"technology has sprouted.When it came to the slave society period,its technology had been greatly developed.During the long feudal society,"Vegetation Dyeing"showed brilliant artistic color.However,to the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China period,western dyeing technology"invaded"and"Vegetation Dyeing"technology declined.In the past 20 years,with people's attention to national traditional crafts and ecological development,the art of"Vegetation Dyeing"has been widely concerned.However,the current development of"Vegetation Dyeing"is restricted by the shortage of raw materials,poor product adaptability,low brand awareness and other problems,so the level of industrialization is limited.In the future,we should strengthen the policy and financial support for the development of"Vegetation Dyeing"and promote the development of industrialization from the supply of raw materials,product adaptability,brand building and other aspects.
