校园文化对高职大学生素质教育的影响研究

高职是我国的重要教育阵地,高职校园文化建设是促进大学生精神文化形成的重要组成部分。校园文化的构建能够形成民主、平等、合作、和谐,互相帮助、相互尊重、彼此信赖、团结合作的校园环境,增加学生、师生以及各个主体之间的人际关系。校园文化与素质教育息息相关,但从现实情况来看,目前我国高职教育校园文化建设与素质教育的融合度不够理想,由此高职院校应该注重校园文化与素质教育的融合发展,进而满足现时代的教育要求,为社会培养高素质的人才。

Higher vocational colleges are the important front of education in China,and the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges is an important part for promoting the formation of college students'spiritual culture.The construction of campus culture can form a campus environment of democracy,equality,cooperation,harmony,mutual help,mutual respect,mutual trust,unity and cooperation,and increase the interpersonal relationship among students,teachers and students as well as various subjects.Campus culture is closely related to quality-oriented education,but from the reality of vocational education in China,the current integration of campus culture and quality-oriented education is not ideal,so higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to the integration of campus culture and quality education,so as to meet the requirements of modern education and to train high quality talents for the society.
