New Situation,New Circumstances,New Journey Faced by China's Opening-up in the New Era

十八大以来,我国对外开放成果丰硕。不仅对外贸易和对外投资稳居世界前列,"一带一路"建设成果丰硕,而且对外开放体制机制不断完善,全球经济治理话语权进一步提升,更重要的是提出构建人类命运共同体理念。新时代我国对外开放面临着新兴市场国家崛起、逆全球化出现、我国自主创新能力不强、国际竞争新优势尚未建立的新挑战,只有认清世界三股潮流,把中国自己的事办好,在对外开放新征途中知难而进,才能开启中国同世界交融发展的新画卷。

Since the 18 th Communist Party of China National Congress,China has achieved fruitful results in opening up to the outside world.Not only foreign trade and foreign investment have been at the forefront of the world and the drive of the Belt and Road Initiative has yielded fruitful achievements,but also the mechanism of opening up has been continuously improved.The right to speak in global economic governance has been further enhanced.More importantly,it has proposed the important idea of building a community with a shared future for mankind.In the new era,China's opening up is also facing new challenges in the rise of emerging market countries,the emergence of counter-globalization,the weak ability of China's independent innovation,and the new advantages of international competition having not yet been established.Only by recognizing the three trends of the world,peaceful cooperation,openness and innovation,doing China's own affairs well,and rising to the challenges and making progress in the new era of opening up,can we open a new picture of China's integration with the world.
