含冲击凹坑缺陷TB6钛合金疲劳寿命研究

摘要 采用连续力学方法结合有限元模拟研究了TB6钛合金冲击局部损伤及后继疲劳寿命。先用有限元建立TB6试验件的冲击模型,获得冲击凹坑局部的残余应力场与塑性应变场;然后通过Lermaitre塑性损伤模型得到危险点的初始损伤;最后根据Chaboche疲劳损伤模型估算试验件的疲劳寿命。
